Overview

A luxury cruise along Peru's Amazon River gives you a feeling of being transported to a new, natural world.

Beginning in the bustling city of Iquitos, you have the choice of four, five or eight days aboard the 62 m (205 ft) long Aqua Nera, enjoying the luxury Amazon cruise experience.

Each day will be packed with new discoveries as you explore remote places along the Amazon River and its tributaries, by water and on foot, spotting some of the region's unfathomably diverse flora and fauna, meeting riverside dwellers and learning about their traditional life.

On return to the boat, you will be welcomed by the Aqua Nera's 40 well-trained crew, with a smile and a refreshing drink. Meal times are always a highlight, with the galley performing miracles to produce executive chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino's gourmet menus.

Moreover, at the end of dinner, you may well be treated to a musical turn from the Aqua Nera's multi-talented crew!
