Please carefully read our booking conditions below before committing to your PeruNorth trip!
Booking Conditions:
To confirm a land tour or an Amazon cruise with PeruNorth, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total package price.
Written confirmation will be sent to you within 72 working hours of receiving payment.
The final, remaining balance is due to PeruNorth 100 days prior your travel date.
Bookings less than 100 days from travel date will be due in full.
Note: Late payments may be subject to cancellation and application of cancellation fees.
Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellation 100 days or more will result in a loss of initial deposit.
Cancellation 100 days or less will result in full loss of payment.
Note: Cancellation will be applied based on the date on which we receive written notification. Any refund paid to customers will be after bank or transaction fees are subtracted.
PeruNorth strictly applies its cancellation policy. We oblige all passengers to carry cancellation travel insurance to avoid financial losses or disappointment, on account of unforeseen circumstances.

Financial Protection:
Tropical Travel Limited (trading as PeruNorth) is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, all passengers booking with Tropical Travel Limited are fully insured for the initial deposit - and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form - by means of financial failure insurance (FFI).
The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Tropical Travel Limited.
Our FFI scheme is managed by TMU Management Limited and underwritten by Accelerant Insurance Europe SA, who are regulated by the Financial Services & Markets Authority (FSMA Ref# 3193).
Claims
In the unlikely event of insolvency, guests should contact TMU Management. You can do this by:

Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back by your own travel insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond.
